Conducting and magnetic compounds find a number of applications in sensors, displays, batteries, microwave absorption and conversion energy devices. In the past decade,polythiophene (PTh) and its derivatives have attracted much attention due to their wide application and chemical stabilityin air/humid environments [1-2]. Inorganic inclusions in polymeric materials provide mechanical robustness, thermal stability, and enhanced optical, magnetic, and electrical,properties [3]. Here, we present a chemical route for preparing a nanocomposite formed by magnetite (Fe3O4) and polythiophene.
