خلاصه مقاله:
Molecular imprinting is a novel method for the synthesis of polymers with antibody-like selective bonding ability [1]. Many materials can act as a template for a molecularlyimprinted polymer (MIP), and therefore MIPs can be prepared for many kinds of materials. The preparation procedures forMIPs, which involve conventional free radical reaction, are simpler and less costly than those of antibodies and MIPs are more stable than antibodies under extreme conditions (strongacidity or alkalinity, high temperature, etc.). MIPs are potentially widely applicable for separation [2] and sensing [3]technologies. Ab initio calculations predicted the nuclear quadrupole coupling constants () of some amide groups and the NQCCs for the 17O and 2H atoms were computed about 9- 10 MHz and 200 kHz, respectively [4].
