خلاصه مقاله:
Carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCS) is a water soluble,biocompatible, and biodegradable polyaminosaccharide, which can be synthesized by carboxymethylation of chitosan [1,2].Fabrication of biodegradable nanoparticles via crosslinking of CMCS solution, dispersed as internal phase of an inverse (w/o)microemulsion, is previously reported by the same authors elsewhere using glutaraldehyde as a crosslinking agent [3]. However, controlling the mean nanoparticles size and its distribution is a challenging subject yet. Here, it is tried to control the nanoparticles morphology, mean particle size and size distribution using two different surfactants i.e., AOT and Span 80
