خلاصه مقاله:
The using of appropriate materials performs fundamental role in synthesis of artificial blood vessels. To this aim, various polymers and different materials have been used. Thepolyethylene terephthalate (PET, Dacron) and expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) electrospun grafts areapproximately suitable at diameters > 6 mm, but neither hasbeen suitable for small-diameter vascular grafts (<4 mm) due to compliance mismatch and thrombogenicity [1,3]. Therefore,it is desirable to be replaced with adequately elastic and biocompatible polymers such as polyurethanes. The aim of this paper is to produce and study of the mechanical properties of the fabricated polyurethane vascular scaffolds using electrospinning process
