خلاصه مقاله:
The poly(p-phenylene terephthalamide) (PPTA) is a rigid chain aromatic first synthesized by S. L. Kwolek in 1965. PPTA consists of alternating para-linked phenyl rings andamide linkages. This polymer is a lyotropic liquid crystal and synthesized from polycondensation of para-phenylene diamineand Terephthaloyl Chloride.PPTA is a highly crystalline polymer that can be spun into fibers that exhibit exceptional thermal and mechanical properties [1].Polyurethane (PU) polymers are formed by combining two bior higher functional monomers.One contains two or moreisocyanate functional groups and the other contains two ormore hydroxyl groups. PU is used in vast areas like the manufacture of durable elastomeric wheels and tires.[2]In this work synthesized PPTA was used for preparation of microfibers. Microfibers were used in Pu to increasing it’smechanical properties. In this way microfibers are used in two form, microfibers with salt and microfibers without salt. Two composite were made and their dynamic mechanical properties were compared
