خلاصه مقاله:
Hydrogel are three-dimentional, crosslinked networks of water-soluble polymers(1). hydrogel are useful in drug delivery and tissue engineering because of their biocompatibility, high water content, low surface tention. Dendrimers are highly branched nanoscale architecture with many reactive surface groups. The multifuctionality of dendrimer makes a nem class of crossinking agent for producing crosslinked networks(2) . In this work acrylated dendrimer and acrylated PEG form hydrogel in the presence of uv light and irgacure as initiator.
