Supply chain risk management is one of most important subject in the supply chain environment. Companies must focus not only on the efficiency of supply chain, but also on its risks. Supply chain risk extremely affects supplier and unable them to provide customer demand. Selecting the right suppliers is an important step in supplier management. In this paper proposes a combined model of interval valued fuzzy ANP and interval valued fuzzy TOPSIS for the selection lowest risk supplier. This approach uses of fuzzy interval triangular number for overcoming on the ambiguities of linguistic variables and also the weight of the supplier risk factor calculated with IVF-ANP approach by considering the effects of interdependence among the criteria. Finally, for the validation of proposed model a numerical example is used
