خلاصه مقاله:
In This protocol, we have reported Nano Fe3O4 as an efficient and environmentally benign nature catalyst for the one-pot three-componect Biginelli synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2-(1H)- ones derivatives via β-keto esters, aldehyde derivatives and urea/thiourea under thermal and solvent-free conditions with short reaction times and excellent yields. The most benefits this procedure is such as inexpensive and non-toxix catalyst, eco-friendly, solvent-free conditions, simple operational procedures, environmentally benign nature, one-pot, excellent yields.
