خلاصه مقاله:
In this protocol, we have reported Nano SiO2 as an efficient and environmentally benign naturecatalyst for the one-pot three-component Biginelli synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2-(1H)-ones derivatives via β-keto esters, aldehyde derivatives and urea/thiourea under thermal andsolvent-free conditions with short reaction times and excellent yields. The most benefits thisprocedure is such as inexpensive and non-toxic catalyst, eco-friendly, solvent-free conditions,simple operational procedures, environmentally benign nature, one-pot, excellent yields.
