خلاصه مقاله:
In this protocol, we have reported an efficient and simple synthesis of 1H-pyrazolo [1, 2-b] phthalazine-5, 10-dione derivatives via one-pot four- component condensation reaction of phthalimide, hydrazine monohydrate, aromatic aldehydes derivatives and malononitrile in the present of a catalytic amount of Nano SiO2 as a mild and efficient catalyst under thermal and solvent-free conditions with excellent yields and short reaction times. This resent methodology has notable benfits such as highly efficient, high catalytic activity, inexpensive and non-toxic catalyst, one-pot, envirounmentally benign nature, solvent-free conditions, simplicity of operation, eco-friendly.
