The most important factor in the service sector is human resources. Increasing the level of demand and expectations of customers and the rapid change in technology has caused the human factor is always a challenge. The promotion of services that will be provided to customers in need of education and the role of the manager as coach and team leader in place role of the teacher as the director could is very color of a series of skill and ability must have an is certain to be an effective communication between themselves and the staff and the atmosphere of trust between employees and expand without limitations to ultimately fulfill organizational goals.This study aimed to investigate the relationship between coaching role manager and factors causing job satisfaction Relief Committee Imam Khomeini Chaharmahal & Bakhtiari province were to do the research directors and staff of the Committee of Imam Khomeini Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province, for example, were selected (with a community sample of 700 patients) for Collecting data from two questionnaires, coaching McLean (2006) and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha and job satisfaction Spector 89/0 90/0 with Cronbach's alpha was used the questionnaire was distributed among 230 employees and managers obtained Analysis questions using SPSS software shows: the role of director of coaching and job satisfaction (salaries, supervision, job promotion, fringe benefits, rewards, work procedures, the nature of work, informing staff, et al) Imam Khomeini Relief Committee staff there Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province.In addition, the respondents' views on the role of director of coaching and job satisfaction of Imam Khomeini Committee Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province Drmtghyrhay demographic (age) there is a difference.The results showed that for the head coach role to play in your organization should be familiar with the process of the organization and all the people in the organization understand and respond to the needs. And Yafalyt of the organization will be familiar to his influence on their employees.
