خلاصه مقاله:
To reduce fuel consumption and maximizing drawbar power are considered as the most effective ways of improving the performance of agricultural tractors. In this study, Firstly,by using of the field tests, dimensional analysis method and Statistical methods. and Computerized methods, an equation to predict fuel consumption of tractor During the tillage with disk plough. For Field tests the 3×4 factorial test in a complete randomized block design was used. Factors of engine speed at three levels and Transmission ratio gearbox in four different levels were considerd as the experiment’s Variable. Variables gross traction, rolling resistance, drive Wheel slippage and fuel consumption were measured at different levels of experiment’s factors. Coefficients of equation Predicting the fuel consumption were determined by using multiple nonlinear regression. To optimize the Fuel consumption and drawbar power Simultaneously, the obtained equation with the equation of drawbar power selected as the fitness function and entered to the toolbox of optimization of Matlab software. Optimal values for fuel consumption and drawbar power using genetic algorithm and Pareto optimal solution are in order 10.536 lit per ha and 38.211Hp.
