Human interleukin-2 was expressed in Escherichia coli BL21(DE3) under the control of T7 promotor.Glucose as carbon and energy source was used with a simple feeding method based on maximum specific growth rate of recombinant E.coli. Cell density in culture was reached to 71±2 g dry wt l _1 in 9 h after beginning of fed batch.
