خلاصه مقاله:
In the first stage, the pressure coefficient distribution over the surface of blunt cylindrical object is computed for different cavitation numbers and the results are in good agreement with available experimental data. Then the results of length and bubble shape, and pressure, velocity and density fields and effect of computational grid refinement is considered. Finally, the unsteady cycling behavior of two phase flow is considered at a low cavitation number and time history of drag coefficient is plotted. Geometry is meshed 3D axisymmetricaly and flow is modeled two phase turbulent in steady state and unsteady condition.
