خلاصه مقاله:
Silicon carbide (SiC) fibers are recognized with superior characteristics such as high tensile strength, high oxidation resistance, and excellent thermal shock resistance. The development of nanostructured fibers has been followed by the numerous applications’ potential from aeronautics scopes to astronautics areas like a turbine blade, which these fibers can be used as reinforcing agents in the ceramic and metal matrix. This review paper focuses on the some important methods to synthesize of SiC nanostructured fibers. The results imply that the melt spinning method is one the best methods.
