خلاصه مقاله:
We report a facile and effective approach to use generation 2 (G2) poly(amidoamine) (PAMAM) dendrimers for functionalization of poly(ε-caprolactone). In this approach, the PAMAM dendrimer was directly used as an aminolysis agent in PCL dope solution for the functionalization of PCL in one step process. We investigated effect of two parameters of concentration denderimer and time of the dope on the morphology electrospun nanofiber. Addition of denderimer to the polymer solution resulted in aminolysis of PCL. With increasing time at Constant temperature the aminolysis increased. This was clearly observed when nanofibers were fabricated. The diameter of nanofiber prepared from solution left for 1h was 351nm whereas the diameter of nanofibers prepared from Solution left for 3h reduced to 179 nm. The amount of dendrimer added to the polymer dope also affected the diameter of nanofibers. With increasing denderimer concentration the nanofiber diameter decreased.
