Nanotechnology has recently been exploited extensively to promote comfort and safety and to save energy and costs. On the other hand, new advances in science and technology are inspired by nature and are increasingly exploited in a wide range of applications. In this regard, nanotechnology has proved to be effective in different fields and is expected to be more beneficial in the future as it facilitates producing smart materials. Architectural engineering seeks to take advantages of nanotechnology in construction. The present study is a descriptive and library analysis of Nanomaterials and their application in construction industry
