Because of the high consumption of water and the generation of high strength effluent streams, the dairy plants have the potential to polluting the environment. Today cleaner production and pollution prevention are very important for environmental protection. By observing high technology, water reusing is possible. By cleaner production and water reusing, waste production can be reduced.
