خلاصه مقاله:
It is known that solution of problems dealing with earthquake prediction is possible by comprehensive geophysical and geochemical methods. In Azerbaijan seismogeochemical monitoring is presented by year-round observations over variations of hydro-gas and radiogeochemical fields. They were started for the first time in 1979 by RCSS of NASA. They are being continued till present. Unique, actual material was collected for the period of 1979-2000. These results of all-year-round regime observations of hydro- gas,- and radiogeochemical fields of fluids include groundwater water (13 wells, 11 springs), water-soluble gases, as well as radon, Alfa and Beta emanation of 4 local areas of the earth's surface. All objects of seismogeochemical studies are located within Absheron and Sheki-Shamaha seismoprognostical polygons. This territory cover south-east slope of meganticlinorium of the Greater Caucasus, its south- eastern termination and northern- eastern slope as well. This region include the following seismo-active zones Absheron, Shamacha, Ismailli, Sheki, Oguz,Guba and Siazan. Our studies aimed at studying of geochemical regime of fluids and impact of strong and catastrophic earthquakes upon water's regime (M≥6.5-7.5). Their epicenter was located within Anatolian-lranian- Caucasian tectonic junction and water area of the Caspian Sea for 1981-2002. We collected a great deal of actual material including the change of geochemical fields during preparation both weak (M≤4.0-5.5; Δ≤50-100 km) and strong, catastrophic (M≥6.5-7.0;Δ≤ 1000-2000 km) earthquakes
