In this paper, an operations outsourcing sorting model is developed in the organization. In brief, with respect to experts say, numbering factors is considered that includes acting, cost, time, manpower and supplier. Then, a Simple Additive Weighting Algorithm (SAWA) is presented to sort operations outsourcing. Finally, a practical example is presented to describe the sufficiency of the proposed strategy.
