خلاصه مقاله:
In the pioneering system of education, the pedagogy experts emphasize on the control of conservative, teacher-centered and thematic form of pedagogy by modern, active, comprehensive and successful education. We can point to the appropriate pedagogical content, teacher’s educational level, familiarity with the students’ emotional and educational zone, connection of goals with the programming orientation, behavioral goals to be cleared, availability of the guide books for the teacher, coordination of family’s culture and community’s requirements with the pedagogy’s results, expanse of knowledge, reasonable consecution of the subject to be taught and the study to find the problems in teaching. This research has studied the assessment of the efficiency of teaching English from the teachers’ standpoint. The research’s method is descriptive-correlative. The present research’s statistical community was all high school’s English teachers from the city of Babol. To gather the necessary information, the prober questionnaire has been applied. To analyze the data from descriptive statistics: consists of average calculation, standard deviation and illative statistics: consists of single group and connections between variants in the form of measurement model which can be done by the software called LISREL 8.5. Findings show that all elements are effective on teaching English meaningfully. In addition, the calculation of coefficient effect for each element shows that the role of pedagogical facilities with the most coefficient effect (0.51) and the appropriate method of assessment for the teachers (0.19) is the least effect
