خلاصه مقاله:
Nd3+ ions doped transparent chlorophosphate glass ceramics were prepared and their frequency-conversion properties have been studied. For the crystallized samples, X-Ray diffraction (XRD) evidenced the formation of CaCl2 nanocrystals. The emission spectra investigation indicate that considerable amount of Nd3+ ions were trapped in CaCl2 nanocrystals, and therefore an efficient frequency-conversion was observed. The comparative spectroscopic studies of Nd3+doped samples suggest that the investigated glass ceramics systems are potentially applicable as efficient frequency-conversion photonics devices.
