In study, CuO nanoparticles has been synthesized using Spinacia oleracea leaves extract as a green, renewable and non-toxic reducing agent and stabilizer in the absence of hazardous and toxic solvent and materials. XRD and TEM have been used for the characterization of biosynthesized nanoparticles.The crystalline nature CuO nanoparticles was determined by XRD analysis.
