خلاصه مقاله:
resistance spot welding RSW is widely used for sheet metal joining and efficiency of predicting the ultimate strength of structural components has a significant impact on our daily structural design . Empirical formulations have been widely used because of their simplicity and reasonable accuracy in this paper an artificial neural network ANN model was developed for the analysis and simulation of the correlation between the resistance spot welding parameters of plates and mechanical properties. the input parameters of the model consist of welding energy current exertion period upslope and outputs are mechanical properties of welded parts . the results of the proposed ANN model are later compared with results of existing codes and are found to more accurate.
