خلاصه مقاله:
In this article, the DEA non-parametrical method was used to assess the Islamic Azad University Zahedan Unit's education departments. This method is capable of comparing system with multi-input and multi-output indicators which can be quantitative and qualitative. In addition, it does not require dependent definition as a relationship between inputs and outputs. Meanwhile, efficiency was carried out in form of relative and comparative between units under consideration, and assessment is not done in relation to an ideal. But in DEA used models, the efficiency each decision making unit (DMU) is evaluated in best conditions and the used weights are for each of the decision making units different from each other and in best condition. So such evaluation can be interpreted as optimistic. In this article, in addition to calculation of efficiency through usual method of CCR, the efficiency of each educational department is estimated from the pessimistic point of view, and with the interval efficiency determination of each educational department, the ranking of units will be dealt with.We also use optimism coefficient as a new method in ranking.
