In respect to economical and political conditions in the third world and developing countries in the past few years, where Iran and the Middle East countries are among them, and regarding the fast growth of developed countries after WWII and their high accelerated growth in the past few years due to the information technology and data, there is a huge gap between these two kinds of countries. The condition seems harder when we figure out that developing countries should have the strategy for development in two areas. One area is the mature technologies and industries that had been developed very well in developed countries and developing countries need to establish a suitable strategy to reach the target as soon as possible. The other area is the new and very fast growing sciences, which were just born and they need immediate attention. Otherwise developing countries will be far beyond developed countries in the next few years in these sciences and technologies as well. There are a few important keys to be successful for developing countries to pass the gap between their condition and the developed situation. These important parameters are economical and political stable conditions, investment in innovation and increasing the amount of exports. At this moment important issues for developing countries are paying more attention to fundamental domestic industries, applying a strong strategy of innovation for every single branch of industry. The most important point is training the goals of strategy to every single person who is related to that industry to make sure the strategy is understandable and they understand the importance of their role in reaching the target of strategy. When the strategy of innovation and its fundamental goals were getting clear for everyone in related industry it will cause a dynamic and fast growing industry and. Its direct effect will be increasing export, a successful view of the country in global trade and market and as a result a growing national economy, which make a prospering country for the people. In this paper, we are trying to discuss and understand direct effect of innovation on industry development and national economy growth by increasing the export capability.
