ZnO Nano Rods (ZONR) as a seed layer were fabricated on the Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) by Choronoamperometry via constant potential (-0.803V vs. Ag/AgCl) in aqueous solution containing different concentration of zinc nitrate. Reduction of nitrate anion is a good resource for hydroxyl ion that results ZnO. UV-Vis spectroscopy is used to investigate the quality of ZONR. The best result is related to 0.1M concentration of zinc nitrate. The SEM image admits present of ZONR with 15.62 nm diameter and 1.08 μm lengths.
