خلاصه مقاله:
One of the most important Chemical Feedstocks for Polymer synthesis Units in all petrochemical facilities is Ethylene known with chemical AIUPAC name of ethane. Different methods are proposed for light olefin’s production especially strategically valuable material of ethylene whichMethanol to Olefin or MTO is one a kinds. MTO process is newly designed and developed operating on the basis of two main catalysts: ZSM-5 and SAPO-34. During this research some importantsynthesis Methods obtained from papers and Patents, then catalyst batches synthesized using them and finally tested in Multipurpose-Multi reactor setup in Petroleum University of Technology to monitor and analyze results. This should be mentioned that not only the synthesis method, but the template selection was also observed to be vital to gain the best performance. All reactor products entered a circulator, splitted then sent into two separated and Calibrated Online Gas Chromatograph systems. Gas phase was analyzed using a GC with ability to determine and measure 14 gas components
