This paper presents a numerical investigation on heat transfer and flied flow characteristics of turbulent swirl flow generated by full-length twisted tapes (TTs). The TTs with twisted ratio (W/y) was applied at the middle of test section. The numerical modeling was conducted under uniform heat flux conditions for water flow rate in the range of 5,000
