So far many conferences have been cam'ed out related to quality manrrgement concepts in Iran. Those conferences were held, but les,s attention has been prrid to the problems and limiations of implementing quality mancrgement programs. In this paper, we introduce some basic reasons for the probability of problems occuning due to the qurrlity management peflrmance. Also, it is concl~lded that rrlthough the focus on quality aspects has been changed in recent decades, but the situation in Iran seems to be dijjcerent.
