خلاصه مقاله:
This study was an attempt to investigate the relationship between organizational structure and organizational entrepreneurship in Education office in Gonbad Kavus. The research method was correlation and Robbins's organizational structure questionnaire, Samad Aghaees’ organizational entrepreneurship questionnaire were used. All employees and managers (111 people) were chosen as a sample and were asked to complete the questionnaires. After collecting and analyzing the data, the results indicated that there was a significant relation between organizational structure ( formality, complexity and centralization) and organizational entrepreneurship (management support, strategies, risk taking and reward system).
