Sometimes FRP bars in the Near Surface Mounted method ( NSM ) is used for strengthening of RC beams . The main problem of this technique is brittle fracture of beams that not reinforced scientific and correctly. So behavior of the beam leads to brittle fracture which is not desirable . Before yielding of steel , FRP rebar is fractured and causing this type of failure . In this paper we want to avoid of this affair . To prevent this happening we should be used to amount of FRP reinforcement in rang . In this study limits the amount of FRP reinforcement as the FRP rebar coefficient (
