Various methods are applied in data envelopment analysis (DEA) in order to determine the efficiency of decision making units (DMUs), one of which is a model with weight restrictions. In this model, weight restrictions are considered depending on the importance of indices. However, data envelopment analysis can’t distinguish among DEA efficient units. For this reason, various methods have been suggested for ranking. Cross efficiency evaluation is one of the methods that is commonly used for ranking decision making units (DMUs). In this paper, cross efficiency is firstly proposed under weight restrictions (WR) model. Then virtual ideal and anti-ideal DMUs (IDMU, ADMU) are introduced, thereby suggesting 4 new models under weight restrictions for the evaluation of cross efficiency.
