خلاصه مقاله:
In this work MnFe2O4 ferrite nanoparticles were prepared by the co-precipitation method and then annealedat the different temperatures(500oC and 700oC) in air. The effects of heat treatment temperatures on particle size,crystalline phase formation and magnetic properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and vibrating samplemagnetometer (VSM).The detection and confirmation of the chemical bond in spinel ferrites were investigated by Fouriertransmission infrared spectra (FTIR). X-ray diffraction showed thattheprecipitatedpowders have pure cubic spinel-phaseand larger saturation magnetization (Ms=40 emug-1, Hc=57Oe ) due the pure cubic spinel-phase and crystalline size.Moreover observed that MnFe2O4 ferrite decomposed to Fe2O3 and Mn2O3 when annealed at 700oC in the air.Thesaturation magnetization has been decreased with annealing temperature increase to 500oCand 700oC.
