خلاصه مقاله:
We study the properties of monolayer graphene strip with the presence of Staggeredpotential that act as a barrier, sandwiched between two normal leads.we are interested to conductanceand non-zero Berry s phase and Berry curvature beacause this non- trivial Berry s phase may lead tonon-trivial quantum correction to the conductivity in graphene and it is anti- localization .ourprediction of controllability of valley transport in monolayer gaphene may contribute to thedevelopment of valleytronics and spintronics and we find provenance of many unique electronic andinteresting transport properties of graphene.
