خلاصه مقاله:
Wound healing is a multifarious process involving a number of processes and studies have shown that fetal regeneration has a number of differences compared to scar-forming healing. After every injury or surgery, fibrosis and scaring and most importantly limitation on function, growth and appearance hold overwhelming consequences in all organ systems. Despite financial burden, sepsis, infection and the fear of improper wound repair are few of the consequences of wound healing. In this hypothesis we believe transfusing embryonic cells of the fetus that contain known and unknown biological factors in the fetus are capable of healing injured areas in specific organs such as neural, muscle, heart, prostate, breast, liver, pancreas, lymph, node, cervix, uterus and colon. Additionally, we deem that in this process many factors that are important for wound healing will be stimulated and many inhibitory factors will be decreased to help speed the process of wound healing. The significance of this process is that healing wounds is without scar formation. The objective of this hypothesis is to raise the efficiency of adult wound healing in a number of organs with transfusing fetal cells to the injured area. Further studies with human fetal tissue may also lead to the development of cultured cell lines that might have functional or immunological roles that could help wound healing done more efficiently.
