In this paper‎, ‎we study some basic interrelation and a few preservation properties of the reversed hazard rate order of the inactivity times‎, ‎under reliability operations of mixture and convolution‎. ‎It is also shown that the hazard rate order of the parent distributions is a sufficient condition for the preservation of the new order by the smallest order statistics‎. ‎By utilizing this new stochastic comparison‎, ‎a new aging class of life distributions is derived along with some basic developments involving it
