Background and purpose: Continuous improvement in organizational performance, synergy creates immense force that can support the forces of growth and development programs and create opportunities for organizational excellence. Given the importance and necessity of this research is to identify the purpose of the relationship between structure and function of the emergency 115 Mazandaran province.Materials and methods: This study has two main variables, organizational performance and organizational structure information related to these two variables, the questionnaire organizational structure, Frank (2006) and information received from the emergency performance of Mazandaran were obtained. The population of this study, all 115 emergency workers in the province to 449 people, with the sample, the sample size of 207 patients were selected and analyzed. To analyze the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Friedman's rank correlation test was used.Results: According to the results of the correlation, the correlation coefficient between organizational structure and performance of 0.793 is obtained. The correlation coefficient of the complexity of the organization and performance of the organization, 0.979, focus on the organization and functioning of the organization, recognize the correlation coefficient between 0.493 and 0.287 were obtained in the organization and performance of the organization.Conclusion: According to the findings, the hypothesis has been confirmed in other words, the components of the organizational structure (formalization, complexity and concentration) with emergency 115 Mazandaran organizational performance province significantly positive Relationship.
