Research in the field of efficiency of employees, due to its nature andcontent, is one of the most important issues affects all personal, socialand psychological aspects of individuals and society. Increase anddevelopment of productivity mean to strengthen and sustainindividual’s work motivation, satisfaction, organizationalimprovement and as a result development of administrative system ofthe country and advancement in the goals of the community. But theproblem is that how much is the contribution of architecture to createspaces with suitable productivity for staff. Therefore, theenvironmental and structural features of an office as a workenvironment and its impact on the behavior and performance ofemployees is very important. If didn’t pay attention to the employees’workplace, it can be said that, inappropriate workplace in anadministrative system will cause to vulnerable structure that will guidehuman behavior and action in wrong aims and false points, Thus itwill damage planned targets for social progress. The purpose of thisresearch is to determine the effect of structural type of office buildingson the productivity of employees that is formed in a theoretical andexperimental study framework. The findings of this research show that,type of plan and structure of an office building is consist of four kindsthat each one has its own advantages and disadvantages and will havea significant effect on the attitude, behavior, satisfaction and finallythe performance of employees.
