The purpose of this study was to the evaluation of the effects of Pseudomonas fluorescens, and Funneliformis mosseae on Ni uptake of maize. Pot experiments included: arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus (AMF) at two levels, G1 (indigenous AMF) and G2 (F. mosseae), 2) rhizobacterium at two levels, B0 (without inoculation of bacteria) and B1 (inoculation with bacterium) and 3) Nickel with three levels (0, 200 and 000 mg Ni kg -1soil).With increasing levels of Ni, root colonization decreased, root and shoot Ni contents increased. Root colonization decreased in co-inoculation treatments of plant with bacterium and arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungus in comparison with singly inoculation of plant with fungus. Maximum root and shoot Ni contents at level of 250 were observed in F. mosseae treatment and at level of 500, Ni were in co-inoculation treatment of AM fungus and bacterium. These treatments were effective in the phytostabilization of Ni.
