Conflict is a common social phenomenon in all organizations. Ranging from the disagreement between different informal groups of workers which can be considered a threat to the progress of the Bank to interpersonal conflicts which are one of the main factors affecting employee relations, which can have constructive and destructive effects on the acquisition and sharing of knowledgeThis study investigated the relationship between conflict management (relational, procedural, cognitive and affective), and obtaining and sharing knowledge in the state banks in the city of Bijar. Also using Cochran formula, a sample of 102 students was selected to answer the questionnaire. The received the questionnaires were finally analyzed. Based on the normal distribution of data, parametric tests, Pearson correlation and linear regression analysis were used. The findings showed that crisis management affected the acquisition and sharing of knowledge. The structural model also showed the meaningfulness of the relationship.
