خلاصه مقاله:
This paper proposes a resonant gate driver (RGD) that can be used to drive IGBTs and power mosfets in a half-bridge leg. It is able to provide isolated drive signals and turn on and off the semiconductor devices in a half-bridge leg with no power consumption theoretically. Experimental results show the proposed RGD reduces gate drive loss compared to conventional one. A simple half-bridge inverter has been used to verify the proposed RGD’s viability.
