For many reasons, the input data in an otimization problem can be changed. For instance, the input data might not be exact, or they might change over time. In some cases, the given data are exact but computational errors happens that effect the optimality or the feasibility of the obtained optimal solution in practice. Here we review new waves of study in this area and present some unanswered questions.
