The polymeric functionalization of super paramagnetic iron oxides nanoparticles is developed for various applications. Here the nanoparticles (NPs) are decorated through the adsorption of a polymeric layer around the particle surface for the formation of core-shell. The core-shell structure of magnetic NP coated with carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC) matrix. The synthesized magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) are the potential candidate for target specific diagnostic and possible therapeutics applications
