خلاصه مقاله:
The lab-scale hollow fiber (HF) modules were prepared for H2 separation process with the net surface area of 58 cm2. The 25 numbers of fibers with outer diameter of (OD) about 400 μm were placed into ¼ tubing, which were fastened at each end by ferrule and nut to a tee branch. The open sides of the tee branch were blanked with two-part polyurethane glue. The glue gel time determined the spinning time and rate for sealing ends. The drying and coating steps were followed after tapping stage. The final modules tested in the pressure range of 25-37 barg for H2/CH4 separation process. Performing the exact production procedure results a gas separation module, which can withstand in high pressures without any leakage
