Reusing the waste tire have natural and economic benefits[1]. It would be possible to enhance mechanical performance of bitumen applying in pavement by Crumb Reclaimed Rubberas modifier[2]. The chief aim of this article is assessing the changes of viscosity resulted from firstly, RV and secondly, oscillationmode (DSR), by prolonging mixing time (as very important factor for interaction between CRR and bitumen) and comparison between them. After it storage stability was testedby comparing the complex viscosity parameter (η*) obtained from one third top with one third bottom of storage tube.
