خلاصه مقاله:
The Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) are highly crosslinked porous-rich polymers with specific recognition sites complementary in shape, size and functional groups to thetarget molecule and capable of mimicking receptors and antibodies. MIPs can be synthesized by non-covalentprocedures such as hydrogen bonding, π–π aggregation,electrostatic interactions, hydrophobic interactions, and by covalent procedures [1]. The non-covalent method is generally used due to the relatively simple experimental approach and more flexibility for different target molecules[2]. Yongfeng et al. have prepared molecularly imprinted polymers of allyl-β-cyclodextrin and methacrylic acid for the solid-phase extraction of phthalate [3].
