خلاصه مقاله:
Foot-drop is a result of altered neural transmission and reduced active control of the foot during walking. Functional electrical stimulation (FES) is one of the solutions for foot-drop correction. The goal of this study was to identify of desired muscle activation pattern by Hopf chaotic oscillator during walking. The Hopf oscillator produces an activity pattern which compared with the activity pattern of a healthy subject. If there was difference between these two activities patterns, the fuzzy compensator based on predefined rules modify the activity pattern produced by the Hopf oscillator. In some cases, muscle has the same nature of the Hopf oscillator, and the Hopf oscillator’s activity pattern can follow the activity pattern produced in healthy subject.
