خلاصه مقاله:
SAPO-34 molecular sieves were successfully synthesized in mild (458.15 K) and elevated (673.15 K) temperatures. The influence of operating conditions such as hydrothermal duration (15 and 60 min for 673.15 K; 24 and 48hrs for 458.15 K) and synthesis temperature on purity and crystallinity of the final products were investigated. Pure SAPO-34 was obtained while crystallization time increases in both mild and elevated temperature. The products were characterized by XRD and FT-IR techniques. It was found that effect of hydrothermal duration would not be the same in mild and elevated operating temperature, which was approved by mentioned characterization approaches.
