The problem of provision of world economy with energy resources stands out among global problems of the 21 st century. Along with others the oil and natural gas become the important factors of not only economic, but political and in some regions of even a military influence, the factors of pressure and interaction of producers and consumers of energy resources. The epoch when the markets of energy resources were only local and productive is in past, they have progressively evolved into a regional and global markets. In future, with the consumption growth and technology progress, the integration in export - transit - import scheme will grow.
